Hair Extension Policies:

Human hair is provided for purchase by Beauty ReDesign. All hair is prepared to your specifications and is non-refundable or exchangeable due to custom orders, third-party cost and policies, and or health code violations. However, your satisfaction is my #1 priority, email me at  april@beautyredesign.com to let me know why you’re unsatisfied and I will do our best to accommodate you.


Beauty ReDesign requires a consultation on services. The virtual consultation is FREE. A $55 dollar travel fee is required for all In-home Face-To-Face Consultations.


Deposits are required to secure an installation date and are due upon booking an appointment. Deposits for materials and hair, are non-refundable as the deposit goes towards the purchasing of materials needed from suppliers.


We are by appointment only. Please call or text (678) 626-1988 to check availability. Or use my calendar.

Missed Appointments:

Please understand service times are reserved for you personally. Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount, not including deposits on products. (see deposits) You must then, make another appointment and another deposit will be required.

Beauty ReDesign Is Not A Salon Or Cosmetology School

All of the information provided throughout the Site and Service that are available for purchase are resources for informational purposes only and should not take the place of training in any hair extension method from a licensed cosmetologist or school.  

Product Description

We endeavor to describe and display the Site and Service as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Service, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.

Use of the Site and Service

Information provided on the Site and in the Service related to products and services is subject to change.

Order Shipments:

Most orders ship within 1 business day of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

  • allow 2-3 business days for all in-stock orders to be processed before shipping.
  • allow 5-7 business days for all out-of-stock orders to be processed before shipping.
  • allow 7-14 business days for all custom color and custom wig orders to be processed before shipping.

When ordering please be sure to use the correct address. Beauty ReDesign will apply a $15.00 undeliverable order fee for corrections to shipping addressed caused by customer error.

Canceled Order:

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. If your order needs some extra verification of your billing and payment information and we did not receive a response, the order was then canceled as we are unable to hold orders for longer than 3 business days.

International Taxes & Duties:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs taxes & duties are not included in your shipping fee. Beauty ReDesign cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

If you refuse a shipment from Beauty ReDesign, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties, and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through

Beauty ReDesign. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
